The HIFU Registry will be available in the next few days, accessed via the HIFU User website under the Registry tab. You will be aware that it has gone live on the website as you will receive an email saying you are registered to use the Registry database and a password. As I am sure you are aware NICE and BUPA require you to keep patient data on a database. In this regard the UCLH data of approximately 2000 patients will be migrated soon. If you have forgotten your login details to the website, they are your email and the password (unless you have changed it) is 'hifu-***' (where *** are the first 3 letters of your surname).
To hopefully make you and your Secretary's life as easy as possible, we have produced a very simple spreadsheet which allows you to 'anonymise' the patients name on the database but keep his real name on your spreadsheet. You will also be able to access and download this spreadsheet tool from the website under the Registry tab. There is also a Registry User Manual you can read online or download.
To help you migrate your existing patient data and train you and your secretary on how to use the system, Vic Griffin and Giorgio Viani are available to visit and train you in your offices as well as undertaking the data migration. Vic and Giorgio will be in contact with you shortly to arrange a mutually convenient date to visit you.
If you wish to contact them, their details are as follows:
Vic Griffin mobile: 07786 927442 email: firstname.lastname@example.org
Giorgio Viani mobile: 07903 652390 email@example.com
